I would love one of those, and with so many tinies going so high-end, I am surprised to see no “granny pads” with a walk-in tub. As for no extra bedroom for guests, I would have a convertible sofa for them to sleep on. After all, for just a temporary visit, an entire extra room is not necessary. I love this home, everything about it. Wish builders would take an interest in creating small house villages for retired people that would be affordable. I was told by one contractor not enough money can be made.
